These Terms govern your use of the ZenoChat platform (app.zenochat.net and related subdomains). By signing in you agree to these Terms.
ZenoChat is currently offered to a limited set of authorized users. Access is granted through an invitation link issued by an administrator, or by signing in with an email address / Telegram account that appears on the platform’s allow-list. Unauthorized attempts to sign in will be denied.
When using ZenoChat you agree NOT to:
You are solely responsible for any Telegram bot token you supply to the Service. The token is encrypted at rest. By connecting a bot you represent that you are authorized to manage it and that its usage complies with the Telegram Bot Platform Terms.
You retain all rights to the content you create or upload (bots, triggers, messages, CRM cards, uploaded files). We claim no ownership and will not use your content for any purpose other than operating the Service for you.
We may suspend or revoke your access at any time if you violate these Terms or if your identity-provider account (Telegram / Google) is removed, disabled, or flagged as compromised.
The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the ZenoChat team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated inside the panel or via email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
